Amanda Knorr

Amanda Knorr is the vice-chairman, COO and president of Mantria Corporation, a company that ran the "biggest green energy scam" in United States history . It has yet to be prosecuted criminally though a Federal judge found Mantria had scammed more than $54.5 million “by egregiously, recklessly, knowingly, and shamelessly perpetrating a fraudulent scheme” that used “misrepresentations, omissions, and blatant lies to induce unsuspecting and unwitting victim investors to liquidate the equity in their homes and take out bank loans to invest in Defendants’ scheme, which was nothing more than smoke and mirrors.”
Amanda E. Knorr, age 26 at the time of the SEC action on November 16, 2009, is a resident of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Knorr was the president, vice-chairman of the board of directors, and chief operating officer (“COO”) of Mantria. Knorr does not hold any securities licenses, and she has never been associated with a registered broker-dealer. Prior to serving as Mantria’s COO, Knorr was employed as a human resources manager at the same janitorial services company where Troy Wragg was employed. She received her Bachelor of Arts in Biological Anthropology from Temple University.
Currently, Amanda Knorr is the COO of Yourvibe.com, a music social networking web site.
