Allam Ghulam Fakhar Uddin Sahb Gaangvi

Allama Ghulam Fakhar Uddin Sahb Gaangvi Mianwali was son of Allama Ahmad Udin Sahb Gaangvi. He was born in 1922 in the village Gaangi Sharif. He got early education from his father in Madarsa Jamia Shamsul Aloom. Then he took admission in Jamia Muzafria Wan Bhachran. In 1946 he went to Murad Abad. He completed 'Dowra e Hadees' from Allama Syyed Naeem Uddin Sahb. He was awarded 'Sanad e Fazilat' by Allama Naeem Uddin Muraad Abadi. He also worked as head teacher in the same madarsa and had honour to teach the two sons of Allama Naeem Uddin Sahb. When roits started he returned to Pakistan in 1947.

Here he worked as teacher, khateeb, religious leader, writer and wrote 'Fatawa' on complicated issues. He was a great religious political leader also. He was strictly against strategy of JUP after the resignation of Sheikh ul Islam Khawja Muhammad Qamar Uddin Sahb Sialvi. He was very close yo Sahbzada Faiz Ul Hassan Shah.
He helped his father in running 'madarsa' and 'dergaah'. He was blend of unique personality. All the qulities of 'ulma' and 'mushaikh' were part of his personality. He was a 'wali e kamil'. He was respected by all the 'ulma' of Pakistan and India. He led his life according to teachings of Islam. He did not a waste a single moment of life.
He was 'mureed' and 'khlifa' of Hazoor Sheikh Ul Isalm Khawhja Muhammad Qamar Uddin Sahb Sialvi. He worked as head teacher in Darul Aloom Sial Sharif. He served Islam day and night, he was among the greatest devotees of his 'murshid'. He had deepest respect and love love for his 'murshid'. He had students all over the country. He taught for 30 years. He wrote 2 books which unfortunately could not be published. He died in 1983. After his deaath Khawja Hameed Uddin Sahb Sialvi appointed his nephew Muhammad Naeem Uddin Shah 'sijada nasheen' of Aastana e Aalia Gaangi Sharif. May Allah help us to continue his mission.
