Alison Rosen

Alison Rosen is an American journalist, comedian, blogger, and television personality based in Brooklyn. She is a freelance writer and contributing editor for Page Six Magazine and regular guest on Fox News' Red Eye.
Rosen began her career as a professional journalist early on, scoring a contributing writer
byline for the Los Angeles Times at the age of 18 while in high school in California.An exceptional writer
and guitarist in a punk rock band, Rosen worked at the OC Weekly in Orange County as a
music writer and then as features editor before moving to New York and managing the "Hot
Seat" section of Time Out New York where she worked from 2005 to 2008. Alison’s weekly segment Best Bets with Alison Rosen ran on New York's WNBC-TV's Weekend Today from 2005 to 2008.
She has written for numerous publications including Rolling Stone, Maxim, Spin, People, The Village Voice, New York Press, Nerve, Seventeen, Vibe, Seattle Weekly, Minneapolis City Pages, OC Weekly and Page Six Magazine.
Rosen currently maintains a daily web show, The Daily Alison, which often include Rosen interviewing guests via speakerphone. She has also performed a semi-regular series of vlogs with writer and TV personality Anna David from G4/TechTV fame. Rosen is an avid user of Twitter.
On television and radio appearances, Rosen is billed as a Reporter, Comedian, TV personality, All-around pop culture expert, as well as a body language expert. She had segments on Red Eye parodying body language experts and film critics.
Rosen is known for her distinctive brand of humor which includes switching back and forth between or combining her inflective, expressive parody and her satirical 'Rosenating' commentary. Rosen also jointly crafted many of the trademark double entendre guest intros seen on Red Eye with Greg Gutfeld.
