Alfeu Viero Filho is a Brazilian criminal known as the Rei dos B.Os as he has 74 occurrences report against him, and also 13 criminal actions. He is known for tormenting residents of an apartment building in Curitiba, Paraná, Brazil, such as peeing on their doors, and beating some of them among other things. Crimes Earliest disorders praticised by Filho were committed in October 2019, when he physically assaulted seven residents of an apartment building, including pushing a woman by her hair, and biting one resident and throwing rocks at him, and defecating on a crucifix and in a peephole. To avoid being filmed, Filho once turned the apartment's camera around so he could not be filmed. |
