Alex Theory

Alex Theory is a electronica, dub, and new age, music producer. He has done shows with Thievery Corporation, Damien Marley, The Roots, Elton John, India Arie, Ani DiFranco, STS9, Mickey Hart, Particle, DJ Logic, The Flaming Lips, String Cheese Incident, Stanley Jordan, Sheila Chandra, and performed at events including Burning Man, LOHAS, and others. His music has received airplay in film, radio, and television commercials, and has appeared on releases by System Recordings, Sounds True , and others. He is the founder of the 2008 Global Sound Conference and the 2007 Global OM project - a historic event that used the power of sound to unify participants across the world to a synchronized frequency. Currently, Alex is serving his second term as a member of the Grammy Committee, and is directing Discover Sound , a non-profit foundation that merges key individuals from the Music, Film, and Television industries with pioneers in the areas of Wellness, and Integrative Medicine to expand the horizons of health and media on our planet. ALex is a Expert of the International Council of the Experts, of the ”Record” v 2.0 - Virtual producing center.
