Career
Sharpe started his career as a Systems Engineer at the National Security Agency in 1992. He then moved on to management roles at Booz Allen Hamilton and KPMG, and co-founded the Hackett Group as a personal venture in 1999. In 2000, he was scouted to become the Vice President of Global Operation for the company eForce.
In 2019, he started mentoring for the Columbia Technology Ventures, where he helped advise companies in the technology sector. Sharpe continues to advise companies in cybersecurity and other areas.
He is the founder of Sharpe Management Consulting and is a member of the board of BWG Strategy.
