History Albany Software was originally formed 1989 to provide what was then one of the first Direct Bacs solutions, ALBACS. The company has since grown to offer services that cover several areas related to payments and document delivery. In early 2010, Albany and Travelex Group announced joint provision of international payment services. Albany Software was acquired by Bottomline Technologies in September 2012. |
