Alan Tse is currently the General Counsel of LG Electronics MobileComm. He graduated from the University of California, Berkeley in 1994 and received his JD from Harvard Law School in 1997. He is the current treasurer of the Asian American Legal Foundation and was instrumental in pursuing the Ho v. San Francisco Unified School District, a class action filed in federal court in which schoolchildren of Chinese descent sued to stop the San Francisco public school system from imposing racial quotas to achieve "diversity." As a result, the school district discarded its impartial racial classification process.
