The International Electronic Dance Music Hall of Fame (R) IEDMHF
Was founded on January. 1st 2008 by 3 individuals( Bruce Cullen, Tranceelements.com), (William H. White Got dance music Inc.) and Marc Smolinski. This organization was later registered as a public benefits non profit organization [http://en. .org/wiki/501(c) 501 (3) (c)] by the Office Secretary of State for California on July 6th, 2009.
a. This corporation is a nonprofit Public Benefit Corporation and is not organized for
the private gain of any person. It is organized under the Nonprofit Public Benefit
Corporation Law for public and charitable purposes.
B. The specific purpose of this corporation is to induct and award persons in the Electronic
Dance Music industry into the International Electronic Dance Music Hall of Fame for
their contribution to the history and continuing significance in Electronic Dance music.

Furthermore, its purpose is to promote an increased cultural awareness in the arts of Electronic Dance
music.

It will also provide a positive impact, through the organizations charitable acts, in the areas of education
sponsorship, health care relief, and other global needs. (from the Aricles of Incorporation).
The International Electronic Dance Music Hall of Fame is seperated into 4 major parts which are:
the Hall of Fame
The International Electronic Dance Music Hall of Fame recognizes the contributions of those who have had a significant impact on the evolution and development of electronic dance music and celebrates the history and significance of the genre.
Electronic dance is produced primarily for the purposes of use within a nightclub setting or in an environment that is centered upon dance-based entertainment.

IEDMHF is for artist or represents music that is constructed by means of electronic instruments such as synthesizers, drum machines and sequencers, and generally emphasizes the unique sounds of those instruments, even when mimicking traditional acoustic instrumentation. It sometimes encompasses music not primarily meant for dancing, but derived from the dance-oriented styles

The idea is be to award the producers, artist, dj’s, remixers, pramoters, and representatives of the art, in addition, people who have made a world changing impact on the EDM culture. There shall be award genres, for example, the artist to be awarded for there Impact on the world threw their music , Award for Honorable contribution .etc...
The award ceremony shall occur every four years and shall have proformances by artist in in the field.
Induction guidelines
1.No person or organization may receive and induction in to the International Electronic Dance Music Hall of Fame unless having noted contribution in the field of Electronic Music for at least and now less than twenty (20) years.
2.The Person must be involved in one field of contribution for no less than 5 years in total and be within the guidlines of the total required time limit. In the Case that the Person(s) in question have made an invention that has changed the way that the The Electronic Dance Music Culture is in exsistance and have less than or has died befor reaching the 20 year committment date, the IEDMHF will require certification by the Government in witch the Person(s) resides under to provide proof that He/she or they have made (clearly) a culture changing occurance and that the very fabric of the music would not be in exsistance currently without the siad Person(s) in question.
2b.Upon the occurance that the person(s) are no linger living and Inducted into the hall of fame, the Nest of Kine shall be Award on behalf of the inductee.If there is no person able to recieve the Induction, it will remain in the Grand hall of the IEDMHF.
4.The Person(s) in question must as a matter of record have notiable accurances of his/her works that have in mass record been a contribution and progressive motion to the direction of the Electronic Dance music History.
5. the Person(s) ( aritsts only) Main bulk of work must be commited to Electronic dance Music.
6.Induction may only be granted unless the person, persons, or organization fall under a genre of the following.
• industry direct
Artist Vocalist Re-mixer Producer DJ Promoter Record Label
• Non Direct industry
Journalists Editor Non profit Multy Organizational Unit
•Genre Inductees shall not be recognized unless music that is represent in bulk is within the
BPM (beat per minute) standard of 110 bpm to 240 bpm .

7.No person can be inducted in to the International Electronic Dance Music Hall of Fame that sites on the board.
.8No person may be invited to be on the board or committee that is in a position to gain profit or position b there vote or remarks, such as Booking agents ,record label executives, Ranked artist , artist that meet the requirement.
9. No Person(s) may be considered that has been found guilty of commited a lethal crime
or a crime against humanity.
These Awards shall be granted by a voting process . this process will include a ranking tier . Each teir will have commitys that will perform a duty.
1st tier committee

This committee shall be comprises of 300 or so Representatives that are Industry and Non
Industry related professionals that shall be asked to write or interviewed about several
Subject matters . In these subjects the topic shall give opinion about contributions

2nd Tier ( board of advisers)

This Board of representative Will be the most sealed and comprised of the highest

The Live Global Project
This fund was organized with the Idea of Direct Charity in mind to affect directly the people in a more instantaneous procedure. The charity will be a simple process in which the organization will directly pay the remainder of a person(s) or family in need’s outstanding healthcare bill to provide economic relief to the individual. We will conduct this fund with a basic assessment that the average persons healthcare bill in a hospital is 10,000 to 20,000 US dollars. And shall not exceed in one sitting 80,000 US dollars and this at two occurrences in one years time.

The Portion is set up to give back to the world by providing aid to the world of students and facilities that house students that may be in the need of funding. one way that the IEDMHF does this is by the student schalorship programs in the US.
this program is for Students , and that mostly directed to art artist who wish to further their education by obtaining a degree in this field. This fund will select 10 people an annually by an essay process. The Organization will create a Marketing campaign for this Fund by:
Listing the fund detail and online application on the Organization’s Website.
Disclosing the details and links to the website on other free medians such as, myspace, Face book.
Approaching institutes and Universities that have Music Programs available such as: SAE, Pyramind, and the Art Institute, etc., to make the Program that we offer as globally recognized as we can to insure student out reach exstendtion.
Once the Students have applied on line and composed the “meaning of life “ essay, which will give the future student a chance to tell us a little about themselves, the reason of why they enjoy being an artist, and why they think that they are a excellent candidate for this program, we will then conduct a meeting to determine which candidates best fit the qualifications of the program, which are
√ The student to be must be at least 18 and not more than 27 years of age.
√ The student must have at least a high school education and a GPA of 3.4 in the last know line of education.
√ The student must qualify under expert advice (professional in the music industry that are under council by the organization) of a progressive nature with in his area of future study.
√ The student should not be in school at the time of application.
Once this portion has been conducted the Board will narrow the applicants down to 15 people that have meet the qualification. From they’re the candidates for the scholarship will be contact by phone to be invited to have a live interview to further investigate the future students qualifications. Which are:
√ The student’s ability to conduct an on going conversation about the music industry and its corporate center parts.
√ The student’s ability to make a decisive argument about the structure of his/her plan for career placement and long-term career goals.
√ The students Knowledge about the history and instrumentation of his/her skill in the music, and ability to problem solve in the day-to-day life of an art student.
Once the Interviews are conducted the Board of directors will review the results and make the vote on the final 10 to receive the award. The students that meet requirement will receive an award, upon conferencing with the institute of their enrollment, the remainder their tuition payable in on a quarterly bases to the to the school in question upon the meeting of requirement. This will continue until the 6th quarter at which time the complete funds will be released to the school with strict instruction that if the student should drop out or not able to continue the funds should be return to the Organization. These are the conditions of funding-
1. That the student maintain a 2.8 or above for the entirety of the degree.
2. That the student attend the school at a full-time status (12 credit hours)
3. That the student maintain an attendance program that the school in question has set for them in order for the student not to fall in to violation of appropriate hours to attend class.
4. That the student must not drop out or break form attendance for more than 3 months.
5. That the student must not be expelled, suspended, or is dropped from class for any reason.
6. That the student not be in attendance of more than a 4-year degree.
The Grow Global Project
- This fund is designed to raise money for the issue of planet needs. From global warming to species preservation, the organization will select one issue annually, and that which is of great planetary concern, to donate funds to help the cause of that issue. Again, this funds structure is designed to be a direct funding charity, witch means that the organization will donate the funds directly to the issue’s administration or group that is in need of the funding. The organization will not fund another charity thru this fund.
The Fund will support campaigns like:
Solar panel conversions of multiple-home complexes.
The saving or preservation of injured or endangered animals.
The Rescue or rebuilding of Family homes.
The Funding of Endangered family’s oppressed by economic burdens.
This Fund will have a yearly cap of 300,000 US dollars that will be distributed according to need and at 1 project per a year. In meaning, if the selected project does not use the full amount of fund, it will be put back into the fund until the next fiscal year.
The selection process will include:
The selection of a cause that does not include political or government interaction.
The Selection of a cause that does not include an animal right or activist group.
The selection of a cause that does not include any organization that has inter-dealings, incorporation, adoption, or attachment to any governments foreign or domestic.
This process will be researched by the Organization and it will be determined in detail that the cause is qualified.
This Fund will not have any marketing accept to those that wish to Donate to the fund. This will be accessible by:
