Products
Agilence 3.2 is a loss prevention solution for retailers that synchronizes the point-of-sale (POS) data with video in real-time to enable analysis of shrink activities. Agilence does more than identify cashier fraud, often referred to as sweethearting or discounting , but the software also finds other shrink activities such as issues related to poor promotion execution, operational issues, and systemic issues.
Agilence software is available in two versions. Agilence 3.2 Standard Edition is a low-cost package designed for retailers who have a limited number of registers and/or a low transaction count. Agilence 3.2 Enterprise Edition includes redundant storage and is designed for retailers with many point-of-sale terminals and/or high transaction counts.
In addition, both versions are available as either a typical license and maintenance model or via a monthly subscription. The subscription model includes a team of Loss Prevention analysts who audit on behalf of the customer.
The Agilence software is also used in the transportation industry by the New Jersey Turnpike Authority and other state transportation organizations to monitor traffic flow, and automated toll collection, such as EZPass.
