Affiliate Window

Affiliate Window is an internet marketing company specialising in affiliate marketing.
The company was established in 2000 as one of the UK's first and best CPA affiliate networks. Affiliate Window is owned by the zanox Group.
In August 2009, European media companies Axel Springer and PubliGroupe purchased a 50.1% stake in Digital Window Ltd. Together, the two companies already owned Zanox, a European affiliate network.
On June 11 2012, Affiliate Window's platform launched in the USA.
In October 2013, Zanox completed the acquisition of Digital Window Ltd., the holding company of Affiliate Window, by acquiring the remaining 49.9% of shares.
Acquisition Process
The acquisition process started in 2009 with the two zanox shareholders Axel Springer and PubliGroupe purchasing a 50.1% stake in Digital Window. In 2010, the two companies consolidated their majority shareholding in Digital Window into their joint subsidiary zanox.
