Adam Musto

Adam Musto (born January 25, 1990) is an American journalist and sport executive. He currently is a video manager for the University of Illinois Fighting Illini men's basketball team.
Early life
Adam Musto grew up in Lake in the Hills, Illinois and attended Harry D. Jacobs High School in Algonquin, Illinois. He was born in Rolling Meadows and is half Italian and half Polish. At Jacobs, Musto played football, tennis, lacrosse, and wrote for the school newspaper, The Talon. At age 16, he began his career as a journalist, becoming a sports reporter for the Courier News, which was owned by the Chicago Sun Times. During high school, he also worked for the Chicago Rush, Chicago Wolves, Chicago Sky, Chicago Bandits, Chicago Shamrox, and Chicago Storm.
College
Musto attended the University of Illinois to study journalism. Since enrolling, he has worked for the Fighting Illini men's basketball team and also worked for the Chicago White Sox, Chicago Bears, WGN Radio, and Champaign's CBS affiliate, WCIA-TV.
Currently, he continues to work as a video manager for the Fighting Illini. This is the same position held by Declan Sullivan the Notre Dame student who died while filming football practice. He also works as a production assistant for the Chicago Bliss and the Lingerie Football League.

Musto has worked or works for the Chicago Bears, Chicago White Sox, Chicago Wolves, Chicago Sky, Chicago Rush, Chicago Slaughter, and Chicago Bliss.
In the past, he has also been involved with the now defunct Chicago Storm and Chicago Shamrox.

Adam Musto's articles have been published to ESPN Rise Magazine, CBS, WGN Radio, the Chicago Sun Times, the Northwest Herald as well as the national websites for the University of Illinois' athletic department, National Pro Fastpitch, the National Lacrosse League, Chicago Bandits, Chicago Shamrox, and the Chicago Rush.

*Musto has a championship ring from when the Chicago Bandits won the 2008 National Pro Fastpitch league championship is was also a member of the Chicago Slaughter's media relations department when the team won the 2009 CIFL championship and worked for the Chicago Wolves during the team's 2008 Calder Cup winning season.
