Adam Everett Livix

Adam Everett Livix (b. 1983-1985) is an American Christian fundamentalist and suspected terrorist who was arrested in December 2014. According to Israeli police, he was planning to blow up several Muslim holy sites in the region in order to start an apocalyptic war. He is also suspected by the police of being mentally ill.
Early life and education
Livix is from the American state of Texas. At the time of his arrest he was wanted by American police on drug charges. In 2013 he moved to Bethlehem and Hebron where he posed as a former Navy SEAL.
While living in the West Bank Livix allegedly turned down an offer by a Palestinian who wanted to enlist him in an attempt to assassinate U.S. President Barack Obama by sniper rifle when he visited the region. Livix has a history of other legal problems in the United States, including drug charges. After leaving the West Bank, Livix settled in Israel where he reportedly expressed strong anti-Arab views.
Arrest
When police came to search Livix's 7th floor apartment he jumped from the from a window to the balcony below. Livix was arrested and police confiscated weapons and ammunitions which were stolen from the Israeli Defense Forces. While being interrogated
by Shin Beit, (Israel's internal security service) Livix allegedly admitted that he had scouted targets.
Trial
Livix was indicted on 8 December 2014 and was ordered to undergo a psychiatric evaluation by the court. the IDF conscript soldier who provided material support to Livix spent six months in jail. Livix was not prosecuted because of his health.
