Acsiopolis

Acsiopolis, one of Acsion Limited's current projects, will be an executive residential accommodation situated in the heart of Sandton’s densely populated, ultra-high-income Benmore node; in close proximity to South Africa's "golden mile", the Sandton City district.
This property is currently being built on an approximate 1 hectare parcel of land. The total development planned for is 122 000 m², comprising of 35 000 m² executive apartments, 26 000 m² short term rental residential, 5 000 m² retail space and 1 000 m² office space. The balance of 55 000 m² will be for underground parking. The development rights have been obtained for development of 70 000 m² above ground. Upmarket residential accommodation and a small component of retail will total 67 000 m² and basement parking of 55 000 m².
The transfer of the land took place in June 2015 and excavation started in July 2015. There is a scarcity of land for new high-rise developments in Sandton and it is the opinion of management that above average rentals can be achieved for the right nature of development. This development is also in line with Acsion's vision of sectoral diversification into residential and mixed-use property.
Acsiopolis's anticipated opening is January 2019.
