Abdullah Shaukat Chaudhry

Abdullah Shaukat Chaudhry better known by his nickname Mammo or Mammon or Mamu is a Pakistani prominent astrologist and palmist. He has appeared in a number of television programs in Pakistan predicting the future. He is said to have predicted the events in 1971 in Pakistan, Hurricane Rita in 2005, Sachin Ramesh Tendulkar's serious injury in 2004, the 2004 Indian Ocean Earthquake, the Assassination of Benazir Bhutto in 2007, and Pakistan's Victory in Pak-England Test Series in 2005. He is prediction about the Indo-Pakistani match in the ICC Cricket World Cup in 2011 has been analysed critically. He is ranked as no. 1 astrologer in Pakistan and famous worldwide.
Early life
He was born in Pani patt, india and is now a landlord in Dera Ghazi Khan and is a law graduate. He learned astrology from Pundit Raghunandan Sharma.
Professional career
At the age of 44 or 45, he started his profession. His first prominent prediction was of the political events of 1977 and 1978. This brought him to fame. In 1988-89 Mamoo predict Yousaf Raza Gillani come PM Pakistan in future.
He predicted the 2004 Indian Ocean Earthquake. His prediction about Indian cricket player Sachin Tendulkar's injury brought him to greater public attention. He is widely known in Pakistan for this prediction because of Anti-Indian sentiment in Pakistan.Manmohan Singh's illness was also predicted by him. 2005 Azad Kashmir Earthquake and Hurricane Rita's prediction drew him to the attention of the western world. He had sat with Dr. Shahid Masood in predicting the future of Pakistan.
Controversy
His prediction of Pakistan winning against India in 2011 in the ICC Cricket World Cup was criticized because Pakistan lost the match.
