By 2016, the official authorities in Kuwait have been extensively enhancing its lawmaking within the rea-estate investment sector; sending many of the suspected businesses to court. Free Accounting Tools Al-Salloum has developed a couple of free accounting tools, with an open-source code and gave it a license to be developed and republished, as part of his social responsibility. The tools help businesspeople to easily create a full feasibility studies (managerial, technical, financial and market feasibility) by inserting easy-to-figure information. In addition, the tools assist households rationalize their expenses, to either raise savings or lower liabilities, with a minimum lifestyle change.
