Abdul Aziz Hassan Al-Hadba Abdul Kareem (; born 18 October 1952) is a Kuwaiti sprinter. He competed in the and at the 1976 Summer Olympics. Kareem competed at his first global championships in 1970, running third leg on the at the 1970 World University Games. His team ran 45.8 seconds to finish 6th in their heat, failing to advance. Kareen entered in both the individual 200 m and 4 × 100 m relay at the 1972 Summer Olympics, but he did not start either event. In 1973, Kareem set his 200 metres personal best of 21.3 seconds. In 1982, Kareem became a national team coach and was called in Arabic "the grandfather of training" by Al Rai.
