Jayamini Illeperuma

Jayamini Illeperuma (born 3 July 1967) is a Sri Lankan sprinter. She competed in the at the 1992 Summer Olympics.
Illeperuma was born at Panadura in 1967 and educated at Mahanama College. She competed in schools athletics and, after moving into senior athletics, was coached by Yogananda Wijesundera. She set new national records in the 200 metres and 400 metres during her career. In the 1989 South Asian Federation Games, which here held in Colombo, she won gold medals in the 400 metres event, setting a new Sri Lankan record, and the 4 x 100 metre relay and silver medals in the individual 200 metres and in the 4 x 400 metres relay.
