Abbas Sajwani

Abbas Sajwani is the son of Hussain Sajwani, founder of DAMAC Group, a conglomerate that has a diverse portfolio ranging from capital markets, hospitality, data centres, fashion, retail and, of course, real estate. Abbas founded the AHS Group in 2017 when he was only 18 years old. The AHS Group’s portfolio includes Ventures, Properties and Investments and aims to be among the leading business groups in the Middle East by 2025.

AHS Ventures
AHS Ventures was founded in 2017 with a Facilities Management operation which went on to explore several areas of opportunity, including media and managing residential community developments.<ref name=":2" />

AHS Investments
Founded in 2020, with a focus on both private and public equity. It has a diversified range of investments in the US and other markets in several companies and corporate entities and manages an asset base of over $150 million in diversified investments.<ref name":0" /><ref name":2" />
AHS Properties
Established in early 2021, AHS Properties reached a total asset value in excess of USD 100 million when it acquired four ultra-luxurious mansions in Palm Jumeirah and Emirates Hills.<ref name=":1" /> Since then, AHS has already sold three of its premium villa projects on the Palm Jumeirah with a combined value of more than AED 700 million. As of 2022, the Company’s Gross Development Value stands at more than $500 million with a portfolio of more than seven ultra-luxury properties.<ref name=":2" />
AHS Properties, which specialises in selling premium high-ticket properties, went on to acquire 2022 two low rise apartment buildings plots — one in Palm Jumeirah, and the other on the Dubai Canal. The buildings, which are both eight storeys high, each comprise around 20 penthouses and sky villas, offering residents an exclusive and private experience, with some of the most sought-after views in the city.<ref name=":1" />
The properties are branded by luxury car designer Bugatti with interior designs by 1508 London and Hirsch Bedner Associates. Each of the projects will feature a state-of-the-art spa, private cinemas, cigar lounges and private swimming pools on all balconies.<ref name=":2" />
