At first, the company provided Computing and Networking services for small businesses by 5 employees and in the end of 2004, the company started to provide Security cameras installations which included the Digital tech and the Analog tech - with the specified hardware needed for that. in 2005, The Company started to provide Internet Websites Hosting services and Website Designs. in the end of 2005, The Company started a Software development section in Web technology.
Services CS is the CRM Customer Service Management web-based software The Company uses. The software was designed in the company and provides a great ability to consume a high quality service. Each and every interaction with the customr by one of the representatives or technicians is documented and when the support ends, the customer gets a full report with the full documentation right into his mail box.
