A. Gratius Avitus

A. Gratius Avitus is a Latin philologist born in Zaragoza (Spain) in 1968. In London, his city of residence since 1992, he founded the Circulus Latinus Londiniensis. He also promoted a Societas Circulorum Latinorum.
He is widely known for his teaching of living Latin at the Schola Latina Universalis and the Academia Thules.
He also promoted the living use of the Latin language at the 2005 Summer School of the Association for Latin Teaching and lectured in Latin about Latin teaching through the Internet at the 11th International Conference of the Academia Latinitati Fovendæ.
