A 4 Effort is the Rutgers University Short-Form Improv Troupe, performing games in the style of Whose Line Is It Anyway?. The group was founded in 2004 and has become a popular act on campus, opening for other student performance groups as well as comedians such as Derrick Comedy, Nick Thune, Ben Bailey and the Upright Citizens Brigade Touring Company.
