92-foot yacht ESSENCE The Essence, a 92-foot sailing yacht chartered by Quintess, Catch the Dream, collided with a 600-foot freighter at 4 a.m. local time while in transit to Greenwich, CT on Sept. 20 2006. One crew member died and two others were injured as a result of the accident. No destination club members were aboard at the time.Gina Bortolotti, whom the New York Post described as a “Sailboat Beauty” in a story about the tragedy. Bortolotti was a chef aboard the sail boat.
