50 Hollowz Productions

50 Hollowz Productions, is a United States based hip-hop record label.


Company history
50 Hollowz Productions was founded by Christopher Lykins in his home recording studio. Some influences of the music created by this company include: Timbaland, Cool & Dre, Danja, Bryan Michael Cox, and J.R. Rotem. The first full-length album to be released with the 50 Hollowz Productions logo will be JPhil's self-named debut album, scheduled for a January 6, 2009 release. The album will be distributed exclusively to Amazon MP3, iTunes, and Circuit City. 50 Hollowz Productions currently has three recording artists signed to the label, who will deliver full-length albums in the near future. Current equipment includes: NeKo TSE, Yamaha Motif XS8, Korg Triton, AKAI MPC-4000 sampler, Nuemann U87 Ai microphone, Cubase 4, Attigo TT turntables, and a MacPro computer. There were talks of a major label adaptation in 2007 with Sony Music Entertainment, but it was never fulfilled. It has acheived to create and distribute music independently, and with the teaming up of SongCast and 50 Hollowz Productions, the company will distribute a mass shipment to major retailers.
