2009 Never Sleep Again tour

The 2009 Never Sleep Again tour was an American rock tour hosted by Ohio based band, Hawthorne Heights. The tour started on November 2, and lasted until December 20, making 44 stops around the USA.
Overview
On October 14, an e-mail about a nationwide 2009 tour was sent out to the Hawthorne Heights official mailing list. The e-mail stated:
However, ot all of the bands mentioned ended up joining Hawthorne Heights for the 2009 Never Sleep Again tour. Anarbor declined the offer in order to focus on the recording of their debut album The Words You Don't Swallow. Likewise, Punchline declined and was replaced with The Story Changes, a rock band that formed in Dayton, Ohio, the same city Hawthorne Heights originated in.
Hawthorne Heights
Due to the 2007 death of Hawthorne Heights' unclean vocalist, Casey Calvert, none of the songs from their previous album, Fragile Future, employed any unclean vocals. The band promised that they would never replace Casey with a new member, although they also stated that the harsh vocals would return. Ever since the 2009 Never Sleep Again tour, original band member Micah Carli began providing these essential death growls in their songs.
Fans had a chance to hear two songs from their upcoming album, Skeletons, during this tour. Download cards for the song "Unforgivable" were distributed during a show, and "End of the Underground", which was originally going to be included as a track on the band's previous album, was played live. On Skeletons, "Unforgivable" became track number 12, and "End of the Underground" became track number 3.
Monty Are I
Monty Are I joined the 2009 Never Sleep Again tour with the purpose of supporting the release of their 2009 album, Break Through The Silence, which was released just prior to the tour.
Nightbeast
Nightbeast, the alias of Andy Lazier, performed many of his electro, comedy rock songs on the show. He was personally invited on the tour by Hawthorne Heights because he was a member of Hawthorne Heights' former band, A Day in the Life.
