17 December 2016 Istanbul explosions

| On December 17, 2016, at around 21:30 () four masked people attacked the (HDP) office in the Beylikdüzü district of Istanbul, located at a shopping mall. The attackers managed to overcome the security personnel and started a fire, which caused the explosions of the two gas tubes inside the building. One police officer and a security guard sustained minor injuries. In the same night, shots were fired by unidentified assailants at the HDP headquarters in Darıca, Kocaeli Province. Attacks towards other HDP offices across the country have also been reported in Ä°zmir, Çanakkale, Hatay, Ankara, and Erzincan. |
