123ContactForm uses the freemium model. Customers who choose the free plan must include a link to 123ContactForm inside their forms. Users who pay for premium plans (Gold, Platinum or Diamond) have access to increased storage space for their form data and file uploads, and they gain access to an array of integrations with third party applications that extend the capabilities of forms.
