Zbig Kepa

Zbigniew "Zbig" Kepa is the current offensive coordinator at The Apprentice School.
Through the 2012 season, however, Kepa served as the offensive coordinator for the William & Mary Tribe for 19 seasons, making him one of the longest tenured coordinators at one school in the entire country at the time.
Kepa, an Indiana native, attended Bishop Noll Institute and graduated in 1975. After a football career at in his home state, he served as an assistant coach at his alma mater in 1980 and 1981. At the time, Kepa was pursuing a master's degree from Purdue University. In 1982, he coached at Fenwick High School in Illinois but returned to Saint Joseph's in 1983 for one more season as an assistant.
In 1984, Kepa began coaching at the College of William & Mary as an offensive assistant, specializing in wide receivers. He remained at this position until 1993, when he took over offensive coordinating duties.
He then became the defensive lines coach for Christopher Newport University. The Captains compete in NCAA Division III competition and are located in Newport News, Virginia.
