Yvon Bock

Yvon Bock is a Singaporean businessperson and Founder, Chief Executive Officer of Hegen Pte Ltd., Singapore’s leading home- grown mother and baby care brand with international presence in over 15 markets. She was the winner of Women Entrepreneur Awards in 2018.
Career
In 2015, Bock founded Hegen, a line of baby feeding products with a patented baby bottle design. Currently, its feeding products are sold in Singapore and 13 other markets including the United States, Britain and South Korea. Prior to founding Hegen, Bock worked in the banking sector. In 2004, she worked part-time for Fitson, an original equipment manufacturer (OEM) and original design manufacturer (ODM) owned by her parents for over 30 years. In 2006, Bock took on a management trainee role at Fitson and sought to transform her family business. She catalysed the company’s rapid expansion over the next five years, increasing revenue by over 800% in three years. Her experience at Fitson inspired her to start her own business Hegen, creating a line of mother and baby care products. Currently, Hegen has customer base throughout Asia and the United States.
Yvon had to use over 10 separate products when she was breastfeeding as it was not integrated. She had expression bottles, storage containers, storage bags, feeding bottles etc. all from different brands during her time while breastfeeding. With Hegen, she decided to streamline and integrate all these products into a modular Express-Store-Feed system to help simplify the process for mothers.

In 2018, Bock was recognised with the Nova award at the "Women’s Entrepreneur Award 2018". She was included in the “Power Women List 2019” by Mummyfique; as well as the Prestige “40 Under 40: Vanguards of 2019” list.
Hegen PCTO, Hegen's flagship product, was awarded the "Life Category Gold award" by Singapore Good Design Mark (SG Mark) 2018. In the same year, the brand was awarded the "Japan Good Design Mark" and the "SuperMom Award 2018".
