Yenny

Yenny is a daily webcomic by Puerto Rican comic artist David Alvarez. It started in 1988 as a comic strip named Zacha & Anyelín in a Puerto Rican town newspaper. For years it appeared in several websites, until it became known among comic strip fans.
Storyline
The titular character is a 22-year-old model who wants to be a catwalk supermodel, but is hindered by her oversized (and very ticklish) feet. According to Alvarez, Yenny's shoe size is 15½. She lives in a cottage with her mother Yunissa, an iguana named Zacha, and a sea turtle named Bukestalifaro. Between her modeling assignments, she plays volleyball and does various odd jobs such as babysitting.
Before becoming mainstream, Yenny was a popular tickling fetish comic (beginning in 2000 before coming to an end in 2003), which is where much of the series' fan base comes from. To this day, creatively becoming a running gag in the comic series, Yenny still has a few attributes from her tickle fetish period such as the apparent extreme ticklishness all over her body, and a hyper ticklish birthmark on the sole of her left foot. On December 22, 2010, Yenny made a surprising return to tickling fetish comics after nearly seven years of strictly commercial appearances with her tickling history being intentionally unacknowledged (except through fans or through few mainstream comics strips). Reaction of her return to full tickle fetish comics has been extremely positive with her early and current fan base.

Other characters
*Yunissa Lopez better known as "Yunny" is yenny's Mother who was separated from Yenny's father Rafa for quite some time. She has very light colored skin and fuchsia colored hair. She loves Yenny very much and is sometimes very overprotective. Most of the time she's away on business trips. Similar to Yenny, she has a hyper ticklish birthmark located on the inner thigh of her left leg.
* Rafael Yandiel Lopez better known as "Rafa", he is the father of Yenny, Yessy, and Yomar. He is very musculuar, has hair that is slightly darker than Yenny's, and has big feet as well. Rafa left Yunny over a span of 20 years and once he came back, he made Yunny pregnant with Yenny's youngest sibling Yessy. He is a modeling agent/photographer who first met Yenny on the beach. He acted as Margot's father since at the time he was her mother's boyfriend and was very kind to her. This is the reason for when the Cheecaca captured her "sister" ( which in reality was Yenny's twin half brother Yomar), Yenny thought it was Margot he was talking about. On October 8, 2008, He was caught again having an affair with a professor by Yunnisa.
*Yessyka Marie Lopez better known as Yessy, is Yenny's cute baby sister who Cheecaca has a crush on.She has very large feet just like the rest of her family and pink hair. Her birthday is January 25, 2007. recently it has been revealed that she has the ability to speak like everyone else, but she only does this with Zacha. Like her big sister, she has a hyper ticklish birthmark under her belly button.
*Keyla, Yenny's very tall cousin. She has blonde dread style hair and naturally being the tallest member of the Lopez family, she has the largest pair of feet, possibly four to five sizes bigger than Yenny's from what can be assumed from the strips. Humorously, she is so tall that her face is almost never shown in the syndicated strip, consistently being "cut off" at the top or sides of the comic panels. She has a hyper ticklish birthmark in the arch of her left foot.
*Aunt Petra, Yenny's short and chubby aunt and Keyla's mother. Somewhat psychotic in a humorous way, and is ready to create violence whenever she's coaxed to do so with her twin Machetes. When someone hurts her family members, she will go out of her way to put them out of their misery.
* Yomar- Yenny's twin brother, who makes semi-frequent appearances in the strip. He's a quiet man, who is apparently an attractive one as well, considering Margot's attraction to him. He usually responds with a "Yeah, w'rever" leading Yenny to say that she has had "longer conversations with her hair dryer." It was said that he was living with their father but since their father is an modeling agent he went on a trip to France but did not come back. He is living with a woman like thing (he refers to her as a her) named Kuka La Grande because she needed to be hidden by the police and he was broke and needed a place to stay. Plus, she offered to pay rent. Nevertheless, when he sees Margot he lets her talk and then kisses her out of the blue. On the March 31, 2008 strip, it was revealed that Yomar may not be Yenny's twin brother exactly, but is her half brother. He is the son of Ms. Carizzo of Carrizo Modeling Academy and makes Yomar the first male student, much to Yunissa and Margot's great dislike. He cheats on Margot a lot behind her back. Similar to Yenny, he has a hyper ticklish birthmark on the big toe of his right foot.
*Abuela Yanny, Yunnisa's mother and Yenny's other Grandmother. Yanny is seldom known due to very few appearances in the syndicated strip. Yanny is also much "nicer" than the conservative Abuela Ana.
*Abuela Ana, a tiny old woman who is determined to conceal her granddaughter’s skin beneath conservative 19th-century clothing. She has a cousin who hates half dressed girls.
* Margot Sebazco- her longtime nemesis. She is catty, stuck-up, and upper class in mind and material. Despite all this she is dating Yenny's half brother Yomar.
*Tomashya- Mostly known as "Tomato", She is Yenny's best friend who is very smart and is usually very helpful. She has dark skin, wears glasses and her hair is usually in braids. When she takes her glasses off, they reveal her "beautiful side" hidden under her usual nerdy look. Tomato's beauty was the cause of major conflict between her and Yenny at one point in the series history.
*The tan-averse Blanko Goth Twins are a pair of Goths.In the older comics, they were often the antagonists, constantly kidnapping and mercilessly tickling Yenny for their own amusement. They currently attend Carizzo with Yenny, Yomar, Tomato, and Margot but blacken the uniform a bit.
*Cheecaca the "Ugly Baby" who looks like a freaky "puppy eyed Elmer Fudd" who wears a long sleeved T-shirt that has a Skull & Crossbones design who always freak the living daylights out of Yenny. In past comics, Yenny was his babysitter and on multiple occasions he would mercilessly tickle Yenny for whatever reason he wanted. He was promised by Yenny to show up for a Thanksgiving dinner for sharing the secret conversation that Kelso had with Margot. But since Kelso came to her house for Thanksgiving dinner,she forgot all about that.He has an evil lair where he imprisons people complete with a trapdoor. He thought Yomar was a girl. He has developed a crush on Yessy, Yenny's youngest sister.
*Mrs Cheecaca, Cheecaca's mother who has an uncanny resemblance to Cheecaca the Ugly Baby.
*80's Boy who's a good friend to Yenny but always dresses in 1980's fashion.
*Don Goyo the Local shopkeeper & deliveryman.
*Kelso, Yenny's currently ex-boyfriend and the resident hunk. Yunnissa really hates him for kissing her poor baby stating to a man who asked what her purpose was "to kill that boy and feed his body to the rats."
*Alexa, Kelso's younger sister.
*Nigel, Yenny's Australian friend whom she met in online conversations. In the beginning, Yenny mistook her to be a man, due to her mostly masculine name. Nigel, though cute, is fiercely affluent in crocodile hunting (although she has a Crocodile for a sidekick) and seems to be obsessed with hunting Zacha, considering the Iguana to be an "enemy". She seems to be attracted to Yomar.
*Nulo- Yenny's stylist.
* Angelica - a little red hair girl looking for her mother who ran into Yenny when she was doing a Christmas gig. After unsuccessful attempts to find her mother, Yenny decided to take Angelica home with her as her temporary "daughter". (This brought much distress to Yunny who was on a business trip when Yenny phone called her about the situation.)At first Angelica is innocent but then starts to play mean tricks on Yenny resulting in Yenny's house being in disarray. The situation escalates when Angelica disappears forcing Yenny to look for her when Angelica's Grandfather came to get her. Yenny finds a trail that leads to the Blanko Goth Twins Castle where she is captured (she also happens to meet her then boyfriend "Jake" as well, more info in the next paragraph) before being rescued by Angelica and Zacha. It is revealed later that Angelica is actually an angel, along with her grandfather, sent to bring the value of family being together for the holidays.
* Jake - Yenny's first boyfriend who met Yenny on November 17, 2003. He's a bald headed surfer with blue eyes, brown skin and feet as large as Yenny's. He was kidnapped by the Blanko Goth Twins on two separate occasions with Yenny having to save him in one occasion while the second time she ran into him while primarily trying to find Angelica at The Blanko Goth Twin's castle after she disappeared. Both situations resulted in Yenny being captured and tickle tortured by the Twins with the second attempt having Jake and Yenny tickled together until rescued by Angelica and Zacha. The whereabouts of Jake as well as the reason why he's not in a relationship with Yenny anymore is unclear, possibly Kelso served as a replacement for Jake in the strip or he may have been scared off by an angry Yunny due to her having the belief that he made Yenny pregnant.
