Yair Garfias

Yair Garfias, better known as Yon Garfias (State of Mexico, 1 May 1990) is a Mexican musician, bassist for the rock band alternative Overflow Crowds Band,collaborator for Silverchair, the Mexican singer Natalia Lafourcade, Kaci Brown and now The Young Veins. . He dated with Malese Jow in 2008.
Garifias met her at party in LA in the U.S. on the Overflow-Crowds tour with the Ting Tings. They were engaged on January 4 of 2009 but they split on March 2009.. Garfias began dating a girl called Zuri in 2009. Garfias and Zuri broke up in August 2009. He wrote about the separation in his personal blog on Myspace,according to his Official Myspace and Twitter information.
In 2007, Garifias release his new band, Overflow Crowds Band beside Lisa Origliasso, his ex-girlfriend, which presented as "the greatest rock revolution of this generation."
In 2009 Garifias was working with Natalia Lafourcade and arranged some of the music for her new album Hu Hu Hu. In October 2009 he was going to work on the new Kaci Brown album.
On October 2, 2008 at Mexico, the bassist from the American band Overflow-Crowds, Derek Hudgens, his manager, visited him to Mexico on October 2 to talk about his situation with the band.
After this talk with Garifias, Overflow Crowds Band is recording their new album for summer 2009.
