Desmond Spears better known by his stage name XxX, is a rapper and is the ceo of FCG Entertainment and an artist under ugk records (a label the late Pimp C) a founder of Southern hip hop and the dynamic duo UGK founded. He is a member of UGK Records, an independent hip hop record label.

UGK and The FCGz

UGK Records is a record label located in Port Arthur, Texas of which Pimp C was the founding member. UGK Records was founded in late 2005, after Pimp C was released from prison on parole. The rapper was in the process of negotiating a major distribution deal for the label before he died in a Los Angeles hotel room on December 4, 2007.The FCGz was founded in early 2005 by XxX. The group consists of artists such as yung lo, young clint, gemini, and in house producer Lil slimm. FCG Entertainment is also linked to pimpology 101 another Texas rap act.

Solo career
XxX and Yung lo hit it big in 2005 until yung lo was incarcerated. XxX made guest appearances on numerous albums and mixtapes by other Southern rappers and released a 2006 mixtape titled Don't Mess Wit Texas Volume 1. Singles featuring XxX included "24-7 grind" mixed by Dj Ronnie Digital and included Slim Thug and "Lonestar Hustlaz" by Hezeleo and Boonie Loc.
