Career
XFactor1 had set out to produce a new, unique sound by taking a variety of familiar sounds and combining them to create something new. This combination was featured in "Live Another Day". This DVD/CD combo had reached a wide audience and ignited what would be known as "XNation". The band fared well in the overall sweepstakes in the fall of 2008, when bands were given the opportunity to share the stage with Mötley Crüe by winning votes from fans. XF1 made it into the later stages of the competition.
XF1, while remaining an unsigned band, has had sponsorships from Jagermeister, Speed Devil Clothing, Godin Guitars, Graffix Rock Promotions, and Studio 7. XF1 had made a proposal to their loyal fans, that within a one hundred day period, over ten thousand copies of the album "American Dream" would be sold. This proposal was made on July 13th 2008, and the final count was made on September 20th. The final count came out to 10,806 cds sold.
Along with a very quick rise of popularity, XF1 had become quickly recognized by major bands, and has shared the stage with bands such as Disturbed, Mushroomhead, Dope, Stone Sour, Lacuna Coil, Nonpoint, Shadows Fall, Hatebreed and countless others. XF1 has toured regularly throught the North East USA with several reknowned bands.
