Williamsburg Premium Outlets (formerly Berkeley Commons and Prime Outlets-Williamsburg)is a outdoor outlet shopping mall in James City County, Virginia, near Williamsburg, in the Hampton Roads metropolitan area. The outlet center is one of the top 10 rated outlet centers in the shopping industry and has expanded several times, recently in 2008. The mall has over 130 stores along Richmond Road including recently added upscale outlets and a food court. In late August 2010, the center was acquired by Simon Property Group's Premium Outlet sector along with the majority of the Prime Outlet centers and was renamed Williamsburg Premium Outlets in September 2010.. |
