Born William John Schlich, Will Schlich is an influential, modern bassist in the Louisville, Kentucky band circuit. He first hit the musical seen with the band Broken Glass, but after a few shows, they split up.
Playing in several solo ventures, including a reunion show with Broken Glass, Will made his name a prominent force in the local music seen. In 2007 he started the band, the Jam Daddies, along with guitarist Taylor Valentine, Vocalist and guitarist Steven Vanover, and drummer Will Steiden. Together they formed a classic rock forum that still is a powerful force in Louisville, Ky.

Early career Starting piano at an early age, Will was always keen of music. With friend Michael Edelen, they stared the group Broken Glass. With Will on electric guitar, and Michael on acoustic, Broken Glass was a small hit in the Louisville band circuit. Known more for there Beatlesque appearance, than talent, Broken Glass was an interesting collaboration. Trying out writing, Broken Glass produced minor hits such as "The Song" parts 1 ans 2, Broken Glass enjoyed short success. Still loosely collaborated, the band still does reunion shows.
