Wilderness of Tigers creates theatre in Glasgow, Scotland
It's first production, Titus Andronicus, was performed in February 2007 in the Chandler Studio at RSAMD. This was followed by a piece at Gilmorehill G12 in March 2007 devised using an eBay page as the starting point. The company are experimental yet accessible in nature, and are interested in developing live theatre for the cyberculture generation. The company have received funding from the University of Glasgow and have close links with the Queen Margaret Union.

Artistic Director Alasdair Hunter works as a freelance theatre director and has worked for numerous companies including macrobert, The Tron, Borderline Theatre, Contact Theatre and alongside Liz Lochhead and Mari Binnie

Urban Performance The company has created a number of urban performance artworks, including a candlelit vigil following the demise of Fopp outside their abandoned flagship store. This performance received national notoriety in an article in the Sunday Herald.
