Noelle was born in Los Angeles, California, to Brian D. Johnson and Mi Sun Cho and is the great grand-niece of Paul K. Ryu.
Noelle worked as Editorial Editor and Executive Director of lifestyle publication Westlake Magazine from 2011 to 2015 and has designed luxury homes in Upstate New York, The Hamptons, and Palm Beach.
While attending Oaks Christian School], Noelle founded Conejo Student Outreach, a non-profit organization supporting at-risk youth for Casa Pacifica, a non-profit provider of children’s mental health services in Southern California].
In 2019, Noelle co-founded Refoodee, partnering with the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees] to empower refugees through the hospitality industry. Noelle conceptualized and designed the Refoodee Flight coffee line that launched at the Headquarters of the United Nations on World Refugee Day.
Noelle served on the Advisory Board of Breed Life Foundation and as a mentor for Big Brothers Big Sisters of America.
