Wendelin Küpers (born 6 November 1965) is an interdisciplinary academic who teaches and researches in leadership and organisation studies. Career Wendelin Küpers has studied business administration and economics ( 1989-1995) at Universität Witten/Herdecke and completed his Ph.D. there (1998) on Phenomenology of Service Quality. Subseqently he investigated conceptually and empirically demotivation in organisations (1999-2001) at Hochschule St. Gallen. Afterwards, he worked as senior lecturer at distance university Fernuniversität Hagen with Jürgen Weibler and continued lecturing at Hochschule St. Gallen as well as Universität Innsbruck. After living and working as assistant and associate professor at School for Management, Massey University, Auckland in New Zealand, he teaches and pursues research as a Professor für Leadership und Organisation Studies at Karlshochschule International University in Karlsruhe and was affiliated professor at ICN Business School in Nancy.
