WatanNetwork is a part of Watan Group Network, LLC. WatanNetwork is a global Multi-channel Network for content creators and brands on YouTube owned by Mohamad Khiar. It is one of largest independent YouTube network based on Watch Time in Middle East and North Africa region. According to LamaFM website WatanNetwork generates more than 60 million monthly video views and reaches almost 600 million watch time minutes monthly over W.A.N.
WatanNetwork employs more than 15 employees and is based in Clifton, New Jersey with offices in Beirut, Lebanon.
In 2014 WatanNetwork had major reputation problem when they claimed unlicensed content and was going to lose access to Content ID, due scam action from there partner who claim to be a content distribution company manager located in Saudi Arabia, invitations was don and it look like 15 years old kid was behind this, now the 15 years old "A N" from Saudi Arabia facing cyber-crime trial.
Also in 2015 WatanNetwork has conflict with Roya TV and end up with termination Roya TV YouTube channel, due uploading unlicensed content claimed by WatanNetwork and Roya TV YouTube channel remain off-line for 9 days. Roya TV YouTube channel has more than 120 million viewers recording to their YouTube channel statistics.
In addition to the content management, WatanNetwork also provides an end-to-end channel management and optimization service for brands and media companies to grow their presence on YouTube. The premium service, which includes Protect, Manage, Control and Monetize your Content on YouTube.
WatanNetwork’s current clients include Golden Line for TV Production and Distribution, Froggy Art and Media Productions, Moon and Stars Production, Syrian General Organization of Radio and TV, Kaband for Art Production, etc.

Mohamad Khair founded WatanNetwork with the belief that the future of video in the Middle East and worldwide is on the web. The company was built to help content owner and content creator to protect and monetize there content in easy professional way with our team help.
WatanNetwork also has YouTube Certified Team which works with companies like Golden Line for TV Production and Distribution and Moon and Stars Production, and teaches them on how to manage their content on YouTube. WatanNetwork Certified Team has two YouTube certification Advance Digital Rights and Audience Growth.
History
The Company was founded on January 2014 by CEO Mohamad Khair, who hired Eyad Shehab as WatanNetwork’s Head of International Sales Services who is General Manager at Snapshot MEDIA.
Khair was responsible for establishing distribution partnerships with production companies and YouTube’s top Arabic content producers He co-created and developed Partnership Program that has developed a new class of content producers around the Middle East Region.
