Warrior Records is a hip hop, rap, R&B, and club music record label. They started in the projects of New Jersey. Some of their best known artists are the alternative hip hop group, Shado Street, the techno/R&B/club/DJing group, Graffiti . Other famous artists signed by Warrior records are the hardcore rap group, The Fish-Fort Klan, and their female counterparts, The Fish-Fort Queenellas.

The Rappers Beer Belly, The Fish-Fort Klan, The Fish-Fort Queenellas, Mardine Sean, One Half Nelson, and Carbon Man are known as the Real Rappers of Warrior Records. These artists are the only Warrior artists that can actually be classified as MCs.
Jaa In 2006, Jaa became the first reggae artist signed by Warrior Records. A native of Trinidad, Jaa mixes techno loops, hip hop beats, and Caribbean vocals to create a distinct sound.
Symbol The graffiti tag of Warrior Records is the air-brushed red letters, in medium size, led by a large W. The symbol is shown on buildings, on the back of their artists CDs, and on various merchandise. The symbol has crimson lettering, with a yellow shadow. A reference to this is in the Shado Street song, Fighting 4 No Cause, a lyric goes: "...yeah, so it's a scream I'll bellow, when I'm dropped by the Red, wit' da "Shado" that's yellow."
