Warrior Cats- The Mystery of the Power of Three

In 'Long Shadows', it is revealed that Squirrelflight is not the mother of Hollyleaf, Lionblaze and Jayfeather. They are showed to be worried that they are not the subject of the prophecy, 'There will be three, kin of your kin who will hold the power of the stars in their paws. However, one theory is this- they are Leafpool's kits and that Crowfeather is their father. These are the reasons why this is believed- 1. Leafpool is said to get 'strangely plump' in Sunset. 2. Squirrelflight does not produce enough milk for them when they were kits. 3. Leafpool becomes very concerned when Hollyleaf gets into trouble. 4. If this theory were to be true, it is very obvious that Leafpool would turn to Squirrelpool for help. 5. It is probable that the prophecy does refer to them, as Jayfeather has the ability to walk into dreams. |
