VSoft Corporation is an information technology company headquartered in Georgia, US. The company has its Research and Development wing based in Hyderabad, India.
History
VSoft was established on 6 February 1996, as a Corporation with its headquarters in Atlanta, USA. The promoters of the company, Murthy Veeraghanta and Shekar Viswanathan, started VSoft. Today, financial institutions use VSoft’s products in the areas of image-enabled payment processing and core banking.
In 2006, VSoft announced its focus on the Asian market by establishing VSoft Technologies Pvt. Ltd. with its headquarters in Hyderabad, India. In that same year, sensing opportunities in the core banking space in the Indian co-operative banking sector, VSoft Technologies acquired the assets of Coopman Consultancy, a product shop based in Bangalore, India. Coopman had an established core banking product and a customer base of over 30 co-operative banks. The number of Co-Operative banks using VSoft Solutions is growing with the quick modernization of Co-Operative bank sector in India.
CoreSoft and SuVikas are core banking products that VSoft caters to banks and financial institutions. While CoreSoft is deployed mainly in North America and Atlantic regions, SuVikas is developed for banks in the Asia and Africa regions. Other VSoft’s products are their Check Truncation System and their item capture products.
