Voice of process (VOP) is the performance of a process over a time period. The upper and lower limits can be plotted on process control charts, histograms etc. showing the difference between the voice of customer and the voice of process. This plotting with the VOC has two conditions: * Voice of process is inside the voice of customer, this means that the process is going well. * Voice of process is outside the voice of customer, this means that the process has many wastes and may require an improvement project.
