Vijay Kumar Aggarwal is a criminal lawyer in Courts of India. He is best known for handling 2G spectrum scam case and $2 billion Punjab National Bank Fraud Case, 2018. Early life and career Vijay Kumar Aggarwal was born on 1969 in Delhi. He studied BCom from Hansraj College of Delhi University where he got I.C.W.A, FCA and LLB. Aggarwal has been practicing in the courts of India, Supreme Court of India, Delhi High Court and other high courts since 2000. In one PIL filed by Vijay Aggarwal, Delhi High Court has held that all accused persons who are being prosecuted for offences punishable up to 7 years and have been in prison for more than one year should be released immediately on bail and accordingly four hundred and twenty people were immediately released. He is also a member of the Indian Supreme Court Bar Association.
