Vasilis Blioumis (), also known as Billy is a Greek film director and media producer. Career Blioumis was selected in Sarajevo Talent Campus among 250 contestants from13 countries. He stood third in the Fourth Annual International Mobile Film Festival San Diego in 2015. Walking With You, a film by Blioumis, was the winning film of the fifth season of the Smovies. The film, which portrays a woman's courageous struggle with breast cancer, was selected from a shortlist of 24 films. In 2022, he was awarded Best Web/TV Pilot by Los Angeles Film Awards,and his web series named Paradox received 42 awards.
