Bold text The concept of a v-zine is the extension of an e-zine. A virtual magazine, which incorporates, open source, articles, supported by audio and / or visual presentation.

The origins of a v-zine - pronounced - vee zeen, relates back to national newspaper magazines, acquiring license to distribute free dvd movies, which increased sales of their publications. Therefore a v-zine, or a video-zine is an online publication with embedded streaming video.

A v-zine publication further expands the social networking of an e-zine by virtue of integration of web 2.0. Dynamic presentation of entertainment and global news is
presented throughout the pages, including a games section.

The simplest form of a v-zine is to present updated news on any given subject which may, or may not have, video links. For example, in the entertainment world, an official movie trailer is released, or a popular music artist label releases an official video of an album song. The v-zine publisher collates all open source articles relative to the release and publishes the articles, with recognition to the writers, along with the released video.

Global representation should also be made available with links to mirror sites in all different languages or the utilization of multilingual news tickers, or videos created with internal visual surrounds (IVS) = internal visual descriptions of story lines or song lyrics, scrolling within the recorded video.

Future concepts of entertainment and in fact, marketing, may be displayed in a more pleasant environment by virtue of a v-zine.
