Dave Hesketh is a multi-instrumentalist, composer and philosopher. He spent over a decade working in some of the most successful recording studios on the planet before focusing his creative output on his own work. His first album, The Light, was released on the 25th May 9 to critical acclaim. The music is inspired by leyline earth energy such as that found on the St Michael's Ley Line and the leys discovered by Alfred Watkins in Hope Bagot near the market town of Ludlow, the site of a holy well and world famous 1700 year old ancient Yew tree. The Yew tree is older than Jesus Christ, It was worshipped thousands of years ago by pagans & druids until William the conqueror came to England and saw paganism as a threat and introduced Christianity to England. Artist activists He lives with his family in what he describes as ‘Utopia on earth’ - a small, hidden valley in the West Country of Britain. He likes good food, real cider and hill walking. He dislikes cities, commercialism and crowds.
