University Heights Square is a big box shopping area in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, Canada. The shopping area is located at Attridge Drive and McOrmond Drive in the University Heights Suburban Centre, Saskatoon. The square also includes a two story office block. History Construction on phase 1 (covering 115,000 square feet) started on April 14, 2010. Phase 1 consists of of retail and 70% of the property was leased prior to construction. Stores Phase 1 includes Bulk Barn, Capelli Salon, Cherry Insurance, CIBC, Elemental Spa, Image Orthodontics, Hi-tech Video Gametraders, Kenderdine Medical Clinic, KFC, Little Caesars Pizza, One Tooth Activewear, Pet Planet, Quiznos, Rock Creek Tap & Grill, The Wireless Age, Shell Canada, Shoppers Drug Mart, Tim Hortons, Wendy's, and Wok Box. . Phase 2 includes offices for Investors Group. |
