UInvest Inc is a private investment management firm based in Ukraine and filed since 2011 in California. The firm, created in 2007, was the first online company to become a crowd funding platform allowing investors from all over the world to finance existing private businesses in Eastern Europe. History 2007 April : UInvest registers in Ukraine </br> November : UInvest registers domain name uinvest.com.ua </br> 2008 April : UInvest settles first trade connecting investors and business owners, offline </br> December : UInvest launches fully functional website and investors, offline </br> June : UInvest starts providing consulting and informational services to business owners </br> 2009 June :UInvest starts targeting retail investors by splitting required amount inf shares </br> September : First online transaction is made on UInvest website </br> 2010 March : UInvest expands its online presence, redesigns website </br> June : UInvest starts accepting business projects from independent brokers. Uinvest launches massive online referral program. </br> 2011 May : Total amount of assets process via UInvest exceeds $100,000,000 with over 33,000 members </br> June : UInvest registers entity in the USA </br> December : UInvest together with uinvestors start GUN (Global UInvest Network) </br> 2012 April : GUN raises more than $2,000,000 start capital </br> May : Financial Partners launched </br> June :First international project listed at UInvest </br> September : UInvest acquires brokerage financial company </br> October : UInvest announces a 5th Anniversary International Crowdfunding Conference for April 29-May 1, 2013.
