"Two" is the second single from The Antlers' studio album Hospice. Following the self-released pressing of Hospice and a download-only single release for "Bear" in April 2009, "Two" was the first official single released from the album after being signed to Frenchkiss Records in May. Frenchkiss Records re-released the album worldwide on August 18, 2009 and released the official music video for "Two" on August 19, 2009. Track listing ;Promo-only CD-R (UK) # "Two" (radio edit) - 4:40 # "Two" (album version) - 5:56 Music video The animated music video (directed by Ethan Segal and Albert Thrower) uses a combination of photography and cutout animation. It shows faceless, paper versions of the three members of the band playing instruments against photographic backgrounds of apartments. The band plays the song while colorful bubbles float out of their instruments, eventually filling the apartments. The bubbles are then released through windows and are shown floating over various photographic backgrounds of New York City. As the bubbles escape the apartments, the musicians are dismembered and their limbs float over New York City as though they are bubbles. Personnel * Peter Silberman - vocals, guitar * Darby Cicci - keyboard, bass, trumpet * Michael Lerner - drums * Sharon Van Etten - vocals
